Brooks Leibee is a media composer with a passion for all things chilling, and especially all things prehistoric. He enjoys building percussive and emotive soundscapes that connect story and imagery for projects and audiences around the world.

Brooks is a winner of several editing and music awards, including Best Editing for the short film “Homebody”, Best Music for the original score for the short film "Entrance", and Best Music for the short film "Direct Message". He's composed and performed music for brands like Alienware and GamesRadar, audio dramas such as the fan series “Tales From a Jurassic World”, and Orsonic's “Eternity Fraternity”, and “Jingle Cell Block”. Along with various feature and short length films like “DeRosa: Life, Love and Art in Transition” and most recently the black gothic horror short “HAG”.

Brooks found himself within the Media Entertainment industry since his undergraduate career at Coastal Carolina University, where he took part in the production of many projects in multiple departments.

Since he was young his curiosity was visual and tactile. Cinematography, VFX, and stop motion animation were leading his ventures into the world of film and marked a path that he would quickly follow. Those early interests and infatuations continue to guide his creativity to this day.
